Application environment and precautions of electric roller


1. Low temperature environment and high temperature environment:
The normal temperature of the electric roller is between +5 and +40.
When using electric rollers at temperatures below +5 C or above +40 C, special lubricants are required.


2, the environment above 1000 meters above sea level:
When the altitude is high, the atmospheric pressure decreases, which will increase the internal pressure of the electric roller. Use time consulting suppliers


3. Ultra low noise environment:
Special electric rollers need to be used


4. Environment with precise speed requirements:
When the encoder and inverter are connected to the electric cylinder and need precise conveying speed, please specify with the supplier. The nominal speed of the universal electric roller is about 10% deviation from the actual speed. The speed of the belt marked on the sample and the electric roller label is calculated under full load and corresponding diameter.


5, more dust and high humidity environment; the food production environment that needs to be cleaned with high pressure water; marine environment of fishing conveyor and other marine environment; recycling and corrosive environment; treatment of the environment with oil or lipid materials; chemical use or production environment:
The sealing level of the electric roller must be IP 66/67, and the 304 stainless steel cylinder, end cover and axle head shall be used, or the cylinder, the end cover and the shaft head are plated with nickel, or the cylinder is covered with glue.


6. The environment used in water:
This electric roller can not be used for underwater operation.


7. It can be used in underground, mining or tunnel environments where there may be dangerous gas or fire and explosion protection requirements.
The electric rollers are not explosion-proof products, and can not be used in this environment.


8. Frequent start / stop
HX82, HX113 and HX138 series electric rollers are allowed to start 10 times / minute.
HX138 and HX165 series electric rollers are allowed to start 5 times / minute.


9. Positioning conveyor, inclined conveyor and reversible climbing conveyor.
Electric rollers with electromagnetic brake shall be used (except HX82 and HX113 Series).


10. Non inverting slope conveyor
Electric rollers with mechanical reverse rotation devices (HX82 and HX113 Series) should be used.


11. Transmission conveyer
Dual speed motors or frequency converters should be used.


12, regular, reverse operation conveyer
There is a time delay between the positive rotation and the reversal. The electric roller must be completely stopped before it can turn on electricity. The conveyor recommends that the electric roller be installed in the middle of the conveyor.


13, the electric roller does not use a belt or leather belt less than the width of the cylinder 2/3. When the special electric roller is used, it can be directly contacted with the supplier.


14, transport 1, HX brand electric roller, in use, do not need maintenance and special attention, correctly connect the power supply can be used. A sharp edge and an automatic tracking device on the machine

Maintenance of electric roller


1, Do not need maintenance and special attention, correctly connect the power supply can be used.
2, if maintenance or repair is necessary, the power supply must be cut off before opening the electric roller junction box.
3, before any troubleshooting of the electric roller, the motor must not be restarted.
4, the opening and dismantling maintenance requirements of electric rollers are very strict, and the repair of non manufacturers of this product is generally unable to make it reach the good function of the factory. When the electric drum fails, the user can ask the supplier in time.
5, the two ends of the electric roller must be fixed on the rack reliably. To prevent accidents and injuries, all rotary parts must be equipped with protective devices at all times.
6, electric roller before the factory has been injected into the standard lubricating oil.
7, HX113A series of electric rollers, it is recommended to run a total of 50000 hours of oil change 1 times, that is, 50000 hours without maintenance;HX113 DC series electric rollers are lubricated all their life, no need to change oil or maintenance at any time, that is, no maintenance for life.

8, in the operation of the electric roller, the inner side of the belt should not be carried into the sundries. The surface of the electric roller must be cleaned regularly, otherwise the debris will accumulate on the surface of the cylinder, which will cause the overheating, noise and damage of the electric roller, and also cause the belt to run off and damage.
9, the electric roller should be installed in the easy opening position of the oil hole, so that the oil can be replaced without dismantling the electric cylinder.
10, if the electric roller installed in continuous contact with water, salt, dust and other corrosive environment, or full load operation, cylinder cleaning and maintenance should be carried out frequently.
11. The seal grade IP 66/67 of the electric roller and its motor means to test for 30 minutes in the depth of 1 meters under water, but they are not suitable for underwater operation. This must be paid attention to.
12. Do not use lubricating oil with graphite, molybdenum disulfide or other conductive base additives. Additives may damage the insulation or seal of the motor.
13, lubricating oil injection type and injection volume can ask suppliers.


Installation of electric roller


1. Under normal circumstances, the electric roller is installed horizontally, parallel to the driven roller and perpendicular to the conveyor frame. All electric rollers must be fully supported and fastened to the frame of the conveyor, and the shaft ends can not be deformed. The ends of the ends must be all supported on the support.
2. When installing the bearing, the bearing should be closely contacted with the shaft end plane of the electric roller so as to ensure that the electric roller has no axial clearance. When the bearing is not installed, it is necessary to ensure that more than 80% of the shaft end plane is supported, and the clearance between the shaft end plane part and the bracket should be less than 0.4MM. There should be no clearance when the electric roller is frequent, reversed or started / stopped many times.
3, HX82, HX113, HX138, HX165 type electric rollers are labeled with "UP" or "UP" at the end of the shaft. It is necessary to make sure that "UP" or "UP" is in the direction of the upward or the driven roller (to ensure the full lubrication of the gear), otherwise the noise will be overheated, the cylinder is overheated and the electric roller is finished. When the bearing is not installed, it is necessary to ensure that more than 80% of the shaft end plane is supported, the plane part of the shaft end and the bracket.
4, electric cylinder tilt installation: HX113 type electric roller tilt angle more than 4 degrees when prohibited. Otherwise, because the internal cooling lubricating oil is concentrated on the end, the gear can not be fully lubricated, the motor heat can not be cooled, the long time operation will lead to the damage of the electric roller. When the electric tilt installation angle is too large or vertical, customers should communicate with manufacturers and use special electric rollers.
